Chinese Almond Chicken
Nature’s Heart roasted almonds

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the almonds until toasted. Transfer it to a plate.
Heat oil in the same pan. Stir fry the garlic until golden. Add the onion and chicken and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the toasted almonds into the pan and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until combined.
Serve with rice and Enjoy!
