    chicken, diced
  • 4-5 cloves
    garlic, crushed

    Nature’s Heart roasted almonds
  • 1 onion
    sliced to strips
  • 1 tablespoon
    soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon
    oyster sauce


  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the almonds until toasted. Transfer it to a plate.
  3. Heat oil in the same pan. Stir fry the garlic until golden. Add the onion and chicken and stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Add the toasted almonds into the pan and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until combined.
  5. Serve with rice and Enjoy!
